Clutch Bell Bearings - Failure - OFNA

I would change them after that much use, even if they look good. If one goes bad and spins on the shaft it will wear the tolerance away, and that will make for a wobbly clutch bell which will never mesh properly again

ERCM 221T truggy side bleed is PIMP!
Everyone says I have the loudest pipe on the track lol.
If you are racing, that .30 isn't going to be your best choice of engine for runtimes tho...
I learned that the hard way last year in my HB D8T with a cheapo Axial .28 2S, 3 pitstops in the 20 minute main compared to 1 pitstop with my new ERCM JL .21 engine and pipe this year.

The servo ext is used to make the esc wire long enough to plug into the receiver when you extend the chassis.... I had to have one when I converted my flux hp tp TCS XL plates. Maybe its only because with TCS you get to move the esc back and down in between the tvp's which is why you need an ext. I am not sure what tvp's you are using for the xl length you have so you may not need the ext???

HPI Part #4853 Dirt Bonz question

The Tech 5 rims are 40 series rims however you will need a better foam if you plan on going that route. OFNA makes a molded foam and so does proline. Look for 40 series molded foam.

I have this exact combo minus the molded foam and they didnt even make it into 3rd gear before the tire completely shifted off the rim. The stock foam does not fill the tire very well.

My next idea is to try the axial 8 spoke wheels with the dirt bonz. But im thinking the stock size savage wheel is the best fit for the dirt bonz

U Joint CVD's?????

Im currently going to have my CEN Nemisis CVDs milled down to fit the stock savage setup. You can get the integy HD CVDs and mate them with the LOSI XXL CVDs and hubs for the ultimate combo. My fear with these U joint set up is that they arent thick enough to handle the power of BL.

The thread is called "super kustom" in projects.
