Literary! It has been standing still for a week now, waiting to get a shock replacement and a hd drive gear. Finally got the parts today and i assembled the truck first thing in the morning. Recently I was just running the truck up and down the street, and with the first throttle pull I noticed the truck pulled hard to one side. I pulled the truck apart and discovered THIS.
Pin shattered and destroyed washer and bevel gear. What the actual F*** happened? The truck was OK before i ran it this morning.

| Looks like something stopped dead on that side at speed. Did a dog bone maybe pop out? Is that front or rear? |
Thanks to all the GOOD people on this site!! |

Its the rear diff, It was very poorly shimmed at the factory, and the inside of the diff wasn't greased very well, almost dry! |

Done that to both of my diffs.
Do Lokoolskillets Vorza mod will help. But those pins have broke on both my front and rear diffs. Havn't broke them since I rebuilt them.

Mine were both snapped running 6s with my slipper locked...and landing throttle pinned. |

Thanks for the suggestion. I destroyed mine by running on 4s, and an a soccer field . I have locked the slipper, but i have never landed the truck with the throttle pinned down. The truck is just a few weeks old, im gonna wait a little longer before i do the vorza diff mod |

| I didnt have any RC sillicone grease to use in the diff, so i used some lithium ep2 grease nlgi grade 2. Will it work, even for a short time until i get some real stuff? or is that grease ok? |

I used marine grease in mine until i had real RC silicon oil. It should be fine.
I only have the vorza mod in the rear..i'm waiting for the front to blow up again before I mod that one. |
