Please double check my 3 speed parts list

Since I finished the first gallon of break in on my ERCM modded picco I thought now would be a good time to do sv250s bulletproof mod. I was hoping someone could double check my parts list.
I ordered
steel 44t 1st gear 3 speed tranny
3 speed upgrade kit.
Can anyone think of anything else I need to do for this mod? The latest I could find this was the current update to the mod.

Shims. I don't have part numbers as I just have an assortment I dip into.

I made shims out of of flat washers ground down. But you can use the ofna shim upgrade kit also. I dont know the part number but its in the tech section under shimming your clutch. Ofna has a big shim assortment also, but I dont know the number for that either. There site with that huge catalog should have it.

You do have the two speed parts dont you?

Also if you dont have the red fiber brake kit and want it you may as well install that also.

Dragonbat13 thanks I was just trying to figure out which shims to get.

I do have a two speed I am going to use what I need from it once all the parts arrive. Apparently the modded picco is going to eat the two speed so I want to do the mod before that happens. If it happens before I complete the mod its always neat to see how things fail and exactly where the weak spots are.
