I had an issue with some wheels. They were very responsive via phone and e-mail.

| Well i did receive my new face plate. but when i went to install it one of the threaded holes was cracked in the tube also! I emailed them again and it dont sound like they are willing to replace it. I was very happy how they stood behind their product for the broken face plate. |

phone 'em up! Talking to them will evoke a much quicker response than emails
They might replace the tube. Otherwise just buy a new set of wheels. They aren't too expensive. |
