23mm to 14mm wheel adapter?

Hi - I'm looking for some sort of adapter to mount 14mm stock (or aftermarket) Savage wheels to my buggy. My buggy uses 23mm. Anyone know of an adapter made to do this.

I've seen an adapter that will go the other way and allow you to mount 23mm wheels on a 14mm truck, but not the other way.
I see a lot of truggy kits have them, but you can't buy JUST the adapter... I'm not looking to build a truggy, just mount truck tires to a buggy.

I think you meen 17mm.... Either way Id just get a set of wheels and tires to fit your buggy the way it is with out changing...FOr the price of adapters you can have a better set of wheels and tires for it.
