Well, the weather could have been better, we ran in the rain most of the time, but everyone had a goos time. I personally didn't get any pics, but several people did. They should be posting pics here for those interested. There are a couple vids of Polarman landing double backflips Shocked . I'll try to get them and have them hosted, if the guys that shot them can't host them.
Once again, thanks to the guys that made it, glad to have you here, I am already looking forward to next year. Maybe we can double the attendance again.

yup, this year was pretty good Cool i still had a running/moving truck at the end of the day Shocked

the new track layout is pretty kick arse [even though i still can't make it around without problems Rolling Eyes ], and we were getting some huge air off of some home made ramps. only real problem we had was the rain, the track was kind of 'soft' still, so turn marshaling was a bit tricky, i took alot of track home on my shoes Very Happy

and as usual, it turned out to be a great bunch of people that got together, and a good time was had by all Cool

As you all know, I really tried hard to break my truck.I looked it over last night and it all looked good.I took it out this morning for about 2 minutes and the steering servo crapped out.(yay)So, I guess I DID break something...mission accomplished.
PS, We got my friends truck running good this morning. We just had to clean up the one way bearing and pullstart. She fires right up and runs good now. Thanks for the tips for fixing it.
I got some stuff to do, but I'll post some pics in the next day or two.

we didn't make out too bad broken parts wise, sons truck ate a pull start, and then his one way crapped out, mach truck and wasp truck ate a ring and pinion each, didn't run the rb truck, but i have a feeling it's gonna donate it's diffs to get the other two going again [unless i get a burst of time and energy and actually get parts Wink ], but the 24.7 pro truck made a day of it and ran good all day Cool [had some issues with it friday night, but threw on an s-25 carb and she was good to go].

needless to say, a couple bodies died in the process Wink

on a side note, polarman was jumping his butt off!! he was getting huge air and made many a great landing after what looked like certain death while in the air, for a self described 'noob at jumping', he made some impressive landings Shocked [picture a savy 10-15feet in the air and 3/4 of the way into a back flip, then all of a sudden the nose comes down and lands on all four wheels, great piece of control, and more than once!]

I agree with tbill, Polarman has a knack for jumping. His double backflip was perfect first time. The new track layout is great. The track is very tough to tame and should be primo for CRC raceway dash for cash in August. Glad to hear that Polarman's buddy got his truck straightened out. One-way bearings can be a pain because you don't know if it is the one way or the shaft. I had a good time with you all.

Here's some of the pics that came out O.K..My camera has a bit of a delay, so it's hard to get action shots.I got alot of pics with no trucks in them, just people looking at where the truck landed.lol.
