|
|
Well, I finally got around to making a set of 40 series rims for my Baja, took a little while in the garage, but here they are:
I still need some fiddling around with offsets and a new face design, but at least the Moabs will fit and they look pretty good.
Is there any interest in 23mm hexes for the Savage? |

Dude, I've been busy with full time work and kids, ATVs and whatnot. Finally the ATV racing season is over, so I can start fooling around again.
They are 40 series Moabs. |

I'll be machining the 40 series beadlocks in a few weeks. If enough people want them, I'll make a few sets in the 23mm hex.
No more Vipers though. Seems like the 14mm hex aluminum rims are a thing of the past. |

Looks very nice!
hmm i could be wrong but on the pics it seems that the total width of the front is wider then the rear? As in, the front wheels sticking out further then the rear wheels. |

| Yes, that is how it is. I'm still messing around with the offset, to see how much clearance there is on the front and the back. For the Baja, there will be front rims and rear rims, but for the Savage there will be only one offset. I'll post a picture of the Savage tonight. |
