| 23 or 17 mm hex adaptor do i am not a newbie but i really dont know what are they for someone care to explain to me what are they for .? |

| Bigger wheel hex for durability and more wheel options. Never had a problem with 14 mm hexes though. |

| If in the future you buy a higher output engine for your truck, the stock 14mm hex hubs might strip out the inside of your wheel. The 17 and 23mm hubs won't strip out your wheels. I made the switch to 23mm hubs because of this problem. Plus you can use 40 series wheels with 23mm hubs. |

| A big compony really needs to make triangle wheel adapters. They would be impossable to strip. They should do the same for screws and drivers aswell. even rectangle or square will work. |

no you don't. You just need 40 series wheels. Pro-Line makes 40 series wheels with a 14mm hex so you don't have to convert everything if you don't want to. |

| I got joes on mambo wheels and i nearly stripped the hex so i changed to 23mm hexs. i would recommend making the change, theres like no wear on my hexs. |
