| I'd send the pic to TCS and see what they have to say about it. Can't say mine were like that. |

just checked my flux, and my tcs 5t chassis and old tvps. all line up@ motor plates.
> tcs has some other company machining for them. both companies need to implement quality control.
how hard would it be to drop a tvp onto a blueprint peg board to check it meets specifications.
easyier then contacting them & the time and frustration to no part of your own to fix the issue i know.
tcs is not to blame for the manufacturing. but who they have to manufacture. also tcs could have tweaked the design on all the tvp they have a little better. i find i have to modify for the oddest reasons. such as cooling fans and my motorclamp bolts cause 1 issue, i cant get my motor out with a cc blower on.... |

The braces for the engine plate run parallel with TVP,,not horizontal,,so the TVP's are supposed to be that way.
Look at your flux engine plate braces,,they dont run the same way as nitro.
put it together it will fit,,mine are the same way |

| I've had no issues with my standard length or my XL. The trans notch can be a pain to get into place but that's not a machining issue. I also take one side off at a time and swap the plates. The right side is tight and a little tougher to line up but once you get the screws started you can get everything to pull together and line up. I just put a set of standard length TCS on my new 2350 tonight. |

| Awesome TVPs. Are those XL or X length? My XL's are red. X length are black for the stealth look. |

lol, nice choice in color. It will tame it down for sure. I need to pull my slipper out and see if it needs tightened again. Other than that I need to loctite the pinion. It comes loose regularly on 6S. Here's mine:

Hey cdziak have you had any problems with those goliaths ? I know big wheels are bad for your drivetrain but I really can't help myself on getting a set of those monsters
Have you broken any parts , that's if you ran them lol they look new . Nice savage tho what's your setup? |

The Goliaths are hilarious in the air on small hops. They are so unbalanced it's pathetic. I don't run them often on the Flux but have. I got a good deal on them so I scooped them up. I have a set of Phaltlines for "high speed" runs. I mostly run the stockers and use the Goliaths for posing. The Goliaths on my Nitro are ok, the wobble is terrible when it shifts into second.

TCS XL TVP
HPI Suspension Conversion kit (including the rear hub carriers)
Rear sway bar
XL wide axle kit
DX3S / SR300
Hitec 5645MG
SOON: Some sort of ESC plate to utilize the space in the back behind the motor.
Felix - your roll hoop / handle is technically on backwards. |
