|
IS it worth it to go for the one piece RB pipe? or will the 2 piece pipe be fine?
I have never had a pipe fall out on me in the savage yet, but have had pipes pop out in other vehicles.
So should I spend the extra cash for the one piece or save some money and go for the 2 piece and use it with the stock header??
thanks and comments are welcome. |

Scalfani that's a decision you have to make personally, but i'll give you a little info to help you out. I have several one piece pipes and don't much care for them. I personally prefer a two piece pipe and have nver had one come apart on me. Sand the coupler end of the pipe with 80 grit paper and cinch it down tight with a ty-wrap and you should have no problems at all with it moveing.
Good Luck!

| I followed Jim's advice on this one and am very happy. I bought the RB063 and it has improved the performance dramatically. The tip on sanding the end worked out great. After the zip tie is tight, it's not going anywhere. |
